Thank God Tean and has good connections or we wouldn't be able to enjoy rare, but very good offer at Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

I don't often eat here, but when it means catching up with good friends, then no excuse is needed.

After all, it's been a long day after a course and client training sessions after.

Even when I get home, I still can't go to bed straight away as I stay up for another hour so watching the Dragon's Den bio of Duncan Bannatyne. Maybe I'll be on the Den one day with a pitch for my new company!

Busy Bee

My workweek these days are almost fully booked, with 22 clients, a course and a business convention to fit in this week it's amazing I haven't got the energy and passion to keep up with all that is going on.

Oh, I'll have to fit in some Christmas shopping at some stage too!

This is a very good question

Time flies when you're having fun!

Finally things are going my way, my business turnover has increased two fold, I've had business mentor for the last year which has broadened my paradigms to no end. Hopefully in the next six months we will be starting a new business as we have hit upon a unique business model in the fitness industry. You can see what I've been up to here.

I don't get much feedback from my blog which is cool as a mainly just do video work trying to be artistic and have a visual outlet for my personal expression, but now I think I'll try a little bit of written creativity. Now I willl try and comment a bit more on my photo blog entries (who knows it might be interesting to read change!)

My video camera is on loan at the moment and have been too busy to get it back, but I hope have something for you in the next month. In this learning curve that his life I have become quite a bit opinionated, so may have a little something new to share.

I almost past this unnoticed, just as most homeless people passed by hundreds of Londoners.

I do myself tried to speak to homeless people but don't really condone giving them money for nothing but would rather interact with them and at least acknowledge their existenceif I haven't got anything more them.

Absolutely the world and his wife and their children and their great-grandmother voted in the election. A friend of Big A is from Chicago and at a party I felt honoured to meet so many black Americans who were intelligence, successful and all out to make sure their vote was counted.

I'm sure they're proud now.

Wow, President Elect Obama

Staying up late to watch this all go down was a necessity. Even though I only stayed up to two o'clock in the morning I managed to chat with bloggers in America as the election results were coming in. Some of them were hosting a live election results party in Minneapolis which was a really original concept.
