I ditch the mobile for a better camera for this. I talk about losing a few things in the last year or so. I feel like doing this even though its 1am! Its good to share.

AAM 4 - A real Thanksgiving message!

I heard the audio for this last week and thought it was hilarious. I just happened to find the video.

Out with Danny

I get out for a few hours this weekend and go to a club, I once used to go out with one of the managers many years ago when I was younger. I have not warmed to the club for years but as Danny and a few of his friends are going out and I can get us in without queueing I go for entertainment value.

I have got so choosy with my men in my old age, I have become the dirty old men going for shorter (I like a bit of dominance), younger lads (22-25, don't call me Michael Jackson!) that don't the whole scene thing too seriously.

Nothing realy works for me tonight and I am in not in the habit of compromising.

Bit I do have fun on the walk home

AAM 3 - The Club Show

This is last nights show at the club I went to. I'm doing this so I get the practice editing the video. The guys are not not what I go for but none the less stunning. Shot on my mobile phone so the footage is low quality

I have not smoked a joint for almost 6 months and feel good for it as it has been a rough time. Back but can't help but think I could use a little help to unwind.

Ring ring !!

The Greek boy has been calling non stop for the last few days. He is way too keen to catch up. I'm having to keep him at arms length. He seems to want to latch on like a magnet.

He is quite cute but manic as he is not working and been in London for only 2 months and is staying with a friend.

Ahh they care!

I go for a large group meeting for work which has been the first in 3 years. They get the tone correct and show they finally care about what we in the fitness industry want
